Wild rubber

Wild Rubber, developed by means of Flavia Amadeu and Professor Floriano Pastore on the University of Brazil, is an initiative that promotes wild rubber material which comes from the sap or latex of the parĂ¡ rubber tree that grows inside a biodiverse atmosphere inside the Amazon Rainforest, Acre, Brazil. It is tapped by nearby groups who usually have a close relationship the forest and could accumulate medicinal flowers or wild food during their tapping rounds.
