What is the purpose of Lip-Liner ?

Lip-Liner is meant to fill in uneven areas at the outer edges of the lips earlier than applying lipstick to offer a smoother form. It is also used to outline the lips, maintaining lipstick in the lip location and stopping it from "bleeding", creating a larger comparison and making the lips stand out extra.
