Miss Earth Malaysia

Miss Earth Malaysia is an annual national splendor pageant that selects Malaysia's consultant to the Miss Earth pageant. On event, while the winner does now not qualify (due to age) for either contest, a runner-up is sent.

The contemporary titleholder is Dr. Nisha Thayananthan from Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. She represented Malaysia in Miss Earth 2021.
