Miss Universe Thailand (previously referred to as Miss Thailand Universe) is a beauty festival that has been held yearly due to the fact that 2000 to pick out Thailand's consultant to the Miss Universe competition. The competition is a continuation of the Miss Thailand festival which had selected Thailand's consultant to the Miss Universe pageant from 1954 up until 1999.

The modern-day Miss Universe Thailand is Anchilee Scott-Kemmis who become crowned on October 24, 2021 on the NICE, Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, in Pattaya.
