Miss University Africa (MUA) is an annual global beauty pageant organized via Visions, Innovations and Concepts. The festival changed into first held in 2010. Unlike Miss America and Miss Earth pageants, Miss University Africa contestants aren't required to compete in swimsuits or bikinis. Founded by means of businessman Taylor Nazzal, the competition has 54 contestants who constitute 54 nations in Africa, and the winner of the festival gets US$50,000 in endorsement deals, a new car and will become a United Nations Students' Ambassador.
The modern identify holder is Marlise Sacur of Mozambique who became crowned on Nov 30 in Owerri, Imo State.
