Reina Hispanoamericana (Hispanic American Queen) is an annual beauty pageant celebrating Hispanic historical past, language and culture, commenced in 1991 as Reina Sudamericana (South American Queen), is primarily based in Santa Cruz de l.  A. Sierra, Bolivia.
