Miss Universe Malaysia is an annual country wide beauty pageant that selects Malaysia's representative to the yearly Miss Universe contest. On occasion, while the winner does not qualify (because of age) for both contest, a runner-up is sent.

The reigning Miss Universe Malaysia is Francisca Luhong James of Sarawak, who was topped on the Miss Universe Malaysia 2020 competition on September 5, 2020 in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
