A sauna (/ˈsɔːnə, ˈsaʊnə/, Finnish:), or sudatory, is a small room or building designed as an area to enjoy dry or moist warmth sessions, or an establishment with one or greater of those centers. The steam and excessive warmth make the bathers perspire. A thermometer in a sauna is generally used to degree temperature, a hygrometer can be used to measure degrees of humidity or steam. Infrared remedy is often called a sort of sauna, however in step with the Finnish sauna organizations, infrared isn't a sauna.
