When the frame is prone to extreme cooling, the blood vessels are narrowed and make much less blood waft to the regions of swelling. Once outside the cryogenic chamber, the vessels expand, and an extended presence of anti inflammatory proteins (IL-10) is installed within the blood. Cryotherapy chamber involves exposing people to freezing dry air (below −a 100 °C) for 2 to 4 mins.
